1. How does door to door collection work?

Once you have placed an order with us we will instruct our courier to make a pick up at a location you specify. If the order is placed prior to 10:30am then the pick up will be later that day. If later than 10:30am then it will be the next working day. FitForx will receive your parcel the following working day. When the job is complete we will contact you and arrange a mutally agreed delivery day. You will receive your goods the next working day.

 

2. How do I Parcel things up?

We suggest that you wrap goods up in bubble wrap paying extra attention to corners and ends that could get damaged in transit. Using plenty of parcel tape to secure the parcel. We would recommend wrapping the outside in card board to afford further protection. You should affix two address labels. The first being your address as the sender and secondly the FitForx address.

3. What if my item is large?

If you have a large heavey item such as a motor cycle or several large items then we can arrange to pick them up personally.

 

4.How do I pay for your service

Once the work is complete and ready for shipment we will contact you and request payment. Following receipt of funds we will ship the goods to you which you should receive the next working day. We take all major credit and debit cards, cheques and of course cash.
