Rebuild

When those front forks are looking tired or no longer performaning at their best.. Not got the time to carry out maintenance or that rebuild you have being promising your bike. Fitforx will carry out a complete rebuild on the forks to return them to previous performance and looks.

Front fork rebuilding

Customers often ask for the complete fork assembly to be re-built. On receipt the legs will be cleaned and then checked for damage.

The legs will be disabled, cleaned and checked for wear and damage.

Stanchions will be straightened, re ground and re chromed.

The fork legs are re-assembled with new seals and oil.

Cosmetics

If the customer has requested a new finish this will be carried out during the rebuild. See the Re finish tab for the range of available finishes.
