Refinish

Here at Fitforx we can bring your forks ( and any other component ) back to show room condition. Customers have the choice of :Powder coating - any colour, Painting - any colour, Polishing and lacquering, Chrome plating.

Powder Coating

We have an extensive range of colours and shades. Both Steel and aluminium can be Powder coated. We will clean the componets with soap and water to remove all traces of dirt and grease. Then all items are bead blasted to take them back to bear metal and to provide an etched service for the Powder coating to adhere to.

Paint finishes

Our paint shop produces concourse finishes on petrol tanks and any other components. We can replicate original finishes or produce customer specified murals.

Polishing and lacquering

The polishing of Alloy components remains a favourite for all bike types. This can be left polished or we can lacquer the finish.

Chrome plating

FitForx provides an extensive chrome plating service. We can chrome plate not only steel but also alloy components such as crank cases and fork sliders.
